Pomaikaʻi Au's First Photoshoot

I started this business so that we can learn to give Akua glory through everything we do. To remember the reason why we always say we are blessed in good seasons and to see the blessings in the difficult seasons.

Jesus Christ is the bread of life. Here in Hawaiʻi He is the kalo of life. Jesus is who sustains us. That is why for our first photoshoot I decided to have our beautiful haku lei's made by Haku O Hawaii represent our savior.

The red haku lei represents the death of Christ. The ultimate sacrifice of Akua's son to save us sinners from being cursed. 1 John 2:2 tells us that Jesus himself is the sacrifice that was used to appease the Lord to forgive our sins. And not just my sins and your sins. The sin of the entire world. It wasn't a goat. It wasn't oxen or birds used to forgive our sin like in the Old Testament. It was Christ. He was the one who rose from dead after being sacrificed.

That is why the white haku lei represents the day our savior overcame the curse. He came back and he gifted us eternal life with Him and His Father in Heaven. In John 11:25 it says that He is the resurrection and the life. Whoever believes in Him, even if they die, will still live!

I am forever grateful to our God, for what happened on that cross is something that I feel I could never repay. That is why I pray that we all can continue Christ's good works here on earth just by remembering why we are here and who we are here to serve. You can either serve the darkness or you can serve the always welcoming light.

"Jesus spoke to the people once more and said, "I am the light of the world. If you follow me, you won't have to walk in darkness, because you will have the light that leads to life." - John 8:12

Stay Blessed Always,

Lealani
